Realbotix renames its Echo humanoids Series 1 ahead of CES 2027

Realbotix has renamed its flagship humanoid line from Echo to Series 1, barely a week after launch — same robots, prices and CES 2027 booth.
Realbotix has renamed its flagship humanoid robot line from Echo to Realbotix Series 1, barely a week after the platform launched. The Las Vegas company announced the change on November 4, saying the new name avoids trademark concerns and puts its flagship commercial humanoids directly under the Realbotix brand.
Nothing else changes. The robots, specifications, pricing, production plans, character options and ordering process all stay as announced: an $11,950 Tabletop model with 17 degrees of freedom and a $59,950 Full Body model with 39 degrees of freedom, in four characters — Aria, Mila, Dave and Amar. Initial production stays limited to 225 Tabletop units and 25 Full Body units, for delivery in the second half of 2027, with a $199 deposit reserving a place in the first run.
The robots are built for companionship, education and wellness rather than factory work: ultra-realistic silicone skin, expressive faces, on-device intelligence and support for more than 100 languages. A monthly subscription to the company's Robot Configuration App, starting at $19.99, runs the AI, and the patented Vinci vision system remains an optional add-on for local processing, facial recognition and gaze tracking.
The rename lands two months before the line's biggest public outing. Realbotix will show Series 1 robots at CES 2027 in Las Vegas, January 6-9, from booth 12734 in the Las Vegas Convention Center's North Hall, with live demonstrations running daily. The company is also exhibiting at the Humanoid Summit in Silicon Valley on December 1-2.
For CES watchers, the takeaway is a name to remember rather than a new machine: the Echo robots that headlined Realbotix's October launch will be on the show floor in January as Series 1, and the branding now matches the company selling them.
