Faraday Future and FFR to unveil FF Nova humanoid line at October 14 launch event

FF's first humanoid robot targets developers and schools, with a Nova Mini for foundational Physical AI education and a developer RL platform.

Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (NASDAQ: FFAI) and FF EAI Robotics Ecosystem Inc. (NASDAQ: FFR) will co-host a new-product launch event on October 14, 2026, centered on embodied-AI robotics, Physical AI education, and developer enablement, the companies announced on Sunday.

The headliner is FF Nova, described as FF's first embodied-AI humanoid robot, built for developers and educational institutions, to be unveiled through an invitation-only launch. FF will also introduce FF Nova Mini, a smaller humanoid robot aimed at foundational Physical AI education.

The software layer gets equal billing: an EAI Education Ecosystem Brain and Curriculum Skills 2.0 for teaching programs, plus the FF Nova Developer Reinforcement Learning Platform, with exclusive early access opening to the developer community.

The event arrives as FF pushes its robotics business toward a standalone listing. FFR — formerly AIxCrypto — has signed a non-binding term sheet to acquire FF's EAI robotics business at an estimated $200 million valuation and now trades under the FFR ticker. FF's own weekly report puts September EAI robotics device sales at a record 265 units, with 575 units for the third quarter and more than 100 developers and partners signed.

A full video of the event will be published on October 15 at 5:00 p.m. PDT on FF's website. As of the announcement, neither Nova robot has been publicly demonstrated and no pricing, specifications, or delivery dates have been disclosed — those are the details that will determine whether the Nova line moves from stage announcement to shipping product.
